1. Return Eligibility


Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process


Contact Customer Service: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at [insert customer service email or phone number]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Return Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

8. International Returns


International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items. Please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
